Marjorie Taylor Greene Vows Revenge After Christmas Day Incident
Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) was swatted once again this Christmas and she is not taking this incident lying down. Nope, she’s taking action and getting revenge, and I have to say, it’s about time someone did.
For those of you who haven’t heard, Greene was the victim of a malicious prank known as “swatting”. This involves someone falsely alerting emergency services to a non-existent situation at a person’s home. And this wasn’t the first time Greene has been targeted; she’s reported multiple such incidents over the last few months. Now, I don’t know about you, but I’d be pretty ticked off if someone pulled a stunt like that on me. Especially on Christmas Day. But rather than just venting her frustrations, Greene is taking action.
She’s called out the FBI for their inability to track down the individuals responsible for the swatting calls. Despite the FBI’s extensive resources and capabilities, they’ve yet to identify the culprits. Greene isn’t just calling out the FBI, she’s also planning to introduce legislation aimed at curbing swatting. “I will be introducing legislation to track down swatters,” she wrote on Twitter. “Thank you to everyone who has sent well wishes for me and my family. I will never stop fighting for what is right and I will always put America first! No matter what or who attacks me.”
I was just swatted.
This is like the 8th time.
On Christmas with my family here.
My local police are the GREATEST and shouldn’t have to deal with this.
I appreciate them so much and my family and I are in joyous spirits celebrating the birth of our savior Jesus Christ!

I was swatted this morning on Christmas Day and a few days ago – Thursday Dec 21st. we received this death threat where this man is saying I will be shot in the head and skinned to make a “parasol” making a reference to Gein, who was a psychopath killer who would make things out… pic.twitter.com/iW8JvOSJLa

Swatting is a dangerous prank that wastes law enforcement resources and can lead to serious criminal charges for offenders. In a notable case in 2017, a man named Thomas Finch was fatally shot in a swatting incident. The perpetrator was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
So, what’s the takeaway here? It’s simple. We need to take swatting seriously. It’s not just a prank, it’s a crime that can have serious consequences. And if the FBI can’t or won’t do their job and track down these criminals, then it’s up to our elected officials to take action.
So, kudos to Marjorie Taylor Greene for standing up and fighting back. It’s a reminder that we need leaders who aren’t afraid to take action and stand up for what’s right, even when it’s not easy or popular. So here’s to hoping her legislation makes a difference and puts an end to this dangerous trend.
