Trump supporters and all Republicans have been getting hammered by the media and the Democrats for the attack that happened at the Capitol in early January.

The blame has gone entirely on President Trump and his supporters and while there were many conservatives that were at fault for this attack, they can’t be the only ones to get the blame for this.

We’ve already learned of the arrests of a number of Antifa and Black Lives Matter activists. I don’t know who actually led the charge with the attack and it could have been anyone, but there is still no excuse for them to do what they did.

I understand the outrage over the corruption over the election, I’m mad about it as well. I firmly believe that there was fraud that has now resulted in the installation of someone who didn’t rightfully win the election.

But something else doesn’t sit well with me about that day that protesters took over the Capitol. Why weren’t they stopped? These people were largely unarmed and shouldn’t there be a lot of security at the Capitol of all places? Why was the National Guard turned down when they were called in to help?

We’ve seen videos of police seemingly opening the doors to the Capitol, opening barricades to allow them through, standing by inside while people roamed around, and now we have a new video showing police doing nothing to stop the happenings at the Capitol.

In the video, we see a man who is wearing a MAGA hat who walks up to the Capitol police who are decked out in riot gear and were just standing around doing nothing.

The man pleads with the officers and asks them, “Why are you allowing this to happen?”

The police gave no response to the man begging them to get help to stop what was happening.
