WATCH: Trump Hating Meghan McCain Compares Capitol Riot to 9/11, Then Pours on the Drama
Co-host of ABC’s The View is supposedly the “conservative view” on the show, but she’s nothing more than a RINO just like her father was.
It’s no secret that Meghan McCain is no supporter of President Trump and she never has been.
On the show, McCain compared what happened at the Capitol to what happened on 9/11 when terrorists attacked our country. There is no comparison and saying something like this degrades what happened on that day in 2001 when 3,000 people lost their lives.
This sounds very similar to what Anderson Cooper said when he compared the Capitol riot to the Rwandan genocide which led to the deaths of 800,000 people.
McCain, the daughter of the late Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., said she was moved by impeachment manager Rep. Jamie Raskin’s remark that his daughter did not want to return to the Capitol after the events of Jan. 6.
“I, too, don’t want to go back to the Capitol right now, and I was literally raised going to the Capitol my entire life,” she said.
McCain added she was particularly struck by Trump’s rhetoric about Vice President Mike Pence at the rally on the day of the riot. Trump urged Pence to “come through” and reject presidential electors Trump viewed as fraudulent, although the vice president did not have the authority to do so. Pence, who was presiding over the certification, had to be evacuated from the Senate chamber when Trump supporters breached the building, and some of the rioters could be heard calling for his hanging.

Nobody cares about this impeachment trial that is happening right now because it’s a sham. There is no evidence, once again. They stand no chance at winning a two-thirds majority vote to convict. And I’ll be quite honest, those Senators who side against President Trump this time, will likely lose their job when it’s time to vote once again.
