I sware. Just when you think she’s hit rock bottom with all the dumb things that she has said and she couldn’t possibly say anything any dumber, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez sets another record.

This time she’s likened President Trump to men like Adolf Hitler and Kim Jong Un by saying that he’s created concentration camps at the Southern border.

According to The Hill,

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) created a new political firestorm Tuesday, stating that detention centers housing immigrants are “exactly” like concentration camps and then doubling down in the face of GOP criticism.

“The U.S. is running concentration camps on our southern border, and that is exactly what they are,” Ocasio-Cortez said during an Instagram Live appearance on Monday night.

“If that doesn’t bother you … I want to talk to the people that are concerned enough with humanity to say that ‘never again’ means something.”

She spoke the same night President Trump in a message on Twitter said that Immigration and Customs Enforcement next week would begin deporting “millions” of immigrants who are living in the U.S. illegally.

Republicans accused Ocasio-Cortez of demeaning victims of Holocaust death camps with the comparison.

I can’t make this stuff up, just watch.

Now she has come under fire by many, including the Jewish community for saying such idiotic remarks.

The Jewish Community Relations Council of New York issued a strong letter condemning her comparison:

“We are deeply disturbed by the language used in your recent Instagram live video which seeks to equate the detention centers on America’s southern border with Nazi-era Concentration Camps.

The terms ‘Concentration Camp’ and ‘Never Again’ are synonymous with and evocative of the atrocities committed by Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Germany, in which 6 million European Jews were systematically denied civil and human rights due to their race and ultimately murdered in a state-sponsored genocide…” the letter said.
