Two Men Arrested for “Smuggling” During Strict COVID Lockdown in New Zealand…Wait Until You See What They Smuggled
This have got to be one of the most ridiculous times in the history of the world.
There have been times of strong rulership and prosperity. This is a time of nonsense and braindead idiots controlling the world.
Lockdowns have been hard over the past nearly two years, but some places have honestly had it worse than others.
How much worse? Well, we’ve seen church goers and pastors arrested for worshipping God, we’ve seen people kicked off of airplanes because their toddler had an asthma attack and needed to breathe without a mask, and so many terrible things.
We’ve literally seen lives ruined because of governments and all in the name of “public health”. Don’t even get me into the hypocrisy of this crap because those calling the shots are the biggest violators.
But in New Zealand, things got really bad. Two men were arrested for, get this…smuggling a trunk full of KFC chicken with all the fixins’.
I’m not even joking. According to the BBC,
NZ police have made a bizarre arrest after a pair of alleged gang associates were caught trying to enter Auckland with a boot full of KFC chicken and tens of thousands of dollars.
The men were charged with breaching the country’s tough Covid-19 rules.
Under Auckland’s strict Level 4 lockdown, all restaurants, including take-away services, remain closed.
Police said the men, aged 23 and 30, had traveled from Hamilton, about 75 miles south of Auckland.
A police spokesperson told the BBC that officers made the arrest after they noticed a suspicious-looking vehicle traveling on a gravel road on the outskirts of the city.
Why can they not go out and get some dang chicken for themselves? Why are their restrictions so ridiculously harsh that they aren’t even permitted out to go get some food? And all of this in a country that has only had 4,119 cases of the virus and 27 deaths. They are among the lowest percentage of cases in the entire world and one of the lowest number of deaths as well.
