Trump-Endorsed Senate Candidate Rips Into Biden Over Hiring Based on Race, Gender and Sexual Orientation
One of the big problems with America right now is the identity politics. It’s all about giving people certain preferential treatment based on their skin color, sexual orientation, gender, or political affiliation.
Many times, this actually plays out not in preferential treatment, but in justification to treat people badly.
What this ideology has done is create a bunch of racists in our country and it’s completely counterproductive to a well-functioning society.
Recently, Arizona Republican Senate candidate Blake Masters said exactly how most of us conservatives feel about all of this.
“I don’t care if every single employee at the Fed is a black lesbian as long as they’re hired for their competence — not because of what they look like or who they sleep with,” Masters said. “News for Joe Biden — we are done with this affirmative action regime. I can’t think of a single policy since the end of Jim Crow that’s been worse or more divisive for race relations in this country.”
“The Democrats are addicted to this kind of ‘identity politics’ garbage. They just care about how you look — not whether you’re the best qualified or whether you can do the best job,” Masters continued. “There are real costs to this.”
This is exactly what I think about all of this. I don’t care if you’re black or white, male or female, 9 feet tall or 3 feet tall, gay, straight, or anything else. A person should be chosen for a job based on their merit, not their physical characteristics or sexual leaning. That should have nothing to do with getting a job.
Yet, that’s exactly what Joe Biden did when he chose Kamala Harris as his running mate leading up to the 2020 election. He was completely undecided as to who it would be, but he KNEW it was going to be a woman? Why? Because it’s a woman and that’s what liberals wanted to see. Screw getting someone who is actually fit for the job, he just needed someone who had a uterus to fill the role.
