The District Attorney of Milwaukee County who allowed the release of Darrell Brooks, the man who plowed his vehicle through a Christmas parade and killed five people, KNEW that his approach would get people killed.

And guess what…it DID!

“Is there going to be an individual I divert, or I put into treatment program, who’s going to go out and kill somebody?” Chisholm said in a 2007 interview with the Journal Sentinel. “You bet. Guaranteed. It’s guaranteed to happen. It does not invalidate the overall approach.”

Knowing this, he should be held equally responsible for those murders.

Sadly, this isn’t even the first instance of something like this happening in which a criminal is released on minimal bail and then kills someone.

His prediction may now have come true.

Jeremiah Schroeder — a 35-year-old heroin addict and dealer — [was] charged with first-degree reckless homicide for his role in the overdose of a 26-year-old woman while Schroeder was out of custody under a deferred prosecution agreement with Chisholm’s office.

Schroeder is accused of helping obtain a $20 “dub” of heroin and then cooking it and “tying off” Cassandra Lutz at a New Berlin apartment shortly after attending a concert at the Rave on March 6. The next morning, a janitor confronted Schroeder as he was carrying Lutz’s lifeless body over his shoulder at the apartment complex.

Brooks was released on $1000 after having a history of domestic violence and most recently was locked up for running over his children’s mother. Yet, here is is out on the street and as a result killed five people and severely injured dozens more.

What do these people like this DA have to gain by doing something like this? Why do they get pleasure in letting criminals run the street to harm and kill people?

Brooks had a LONG history of crime dating back for decades including, aggravated battery, illegally carrying a concealed weapon, cocaine possession, vehicle theft, theft, domestic abuse, meth possession, and running over his baby mama.
