Smoking Gun Discovered in Biden Pay for Play Scheme
Joe Biden once boasted about a meeting where he secured a $1 billion loan guarantee in Ukraine in December 2015. He also reportedly spoke about getting the prosecutor investigating Burisma, Viktor Shokin, fired years later in a Council on Foreign Relations panel, implicating former President Obama in the exchange. During the discussion, Biden allegedly said “You have no authority…you’re not the President…” and responded with “Call him” in a smug manner.
The emails indicate that Hunter Biden may have played a role in trying to stop any legal action against Nikolay Zlochevsky in Ukraine, which is even more surprising than the initial admission. An in-depth investigation by Jon Herold, co-founder of Badlands Media, provides further details.
In a February 2011 email, Sally Painter, who served as a senior advisor during the Clinton administration from 1993-1995 and co-founded/operated Blue Star Strategies, contacted Hunter Biden to inquire if he would be interested in joining the board of the Truman National Security Project.
A month later, Painter emailed Hunter back and said “U were a big hit as expected…I think you will get the actual offer in the next three weeks.” Jake Sullivan, the current National Security Advisor, would later join the Truman National board in 2017. This email string and the subsequent offer lay the foundation of Painter’s relationship with Hunter predating this incredible discovery.
Let’s jump to October 2015. A schedule for the following week was sent to Hunter and Eric Schwerin by “Joan Mayer” of Rosemont Seneca, with the subject line “*HOLD- Breakfast with Devon, Vadym & Sally Painter- TBD”. According to a New York Post article from October 2020, “Vadym” alludes to Vadym Pozharskyi, the “fixer” for dodgy oligarchs. When it came to Burisma’s leader and ongoing investigations, Vadym had earlier asked Hunter “how you could use your influence to convey a message…to stop what we consider to be politically motivated actions.”
On October 31, 2015, about a week later, Vadym, Hunter, and Schwerin would get an email from Blue Star Strategies thanks to Hunter’s ex-partner Devon Archer. The initial email included a Cc line for Sally Painter. The document is labeled “Revised Burisma Proposal, Contract and Invoice.” Although it is not possible to download the contract itself, the context of the follow-up emails strongly suggests a “pay for play” scheme just before Joe Biden’s well-known “Son-of-a-b***h was fired” trip to Ukraine.
Within days, Vadym replied back to Archer, Schwerin, and Hunter with the following:
In the email, Vadym states that the contract fails to provide any concrete outcomes and does not provide the names of important US officials in Ukraine, like the US Ambassador, who could be targeted to improve Nikolay’s situation and case. Nikolay is the same person as Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma Holdings.
Vadym continues, “If, however, this is done deliberately to be on the safe and cautious side, [he] can understand the rationale.” As long as “…all parties in fact understand the true purpose of the BS engagement and all our joint efforts,” he continues, “we should proceed immediately.” BS stands for Blue Star Strategies, the hired contractor.
Vadym was initially cautious, but he later provided evidence suggesting a “pay for play” arrangement between Hunter Biden’s associates at Rosemont Seneca, Burisma, and US officials during the Obama administration.
My only concern is for us to be on the same page re our final goals. With this in mind, I would like us to formulate a list of deliverables, including, but not limited to: a concrete course of actions, incl. meetings/communications resulting in high-ranking US officials in Ukraine (US Ambassador) and in US publicly or in private communication/comment expressing their “positive opinion” and support of Nikolay/Burisma to the highest level of decision makers here in Ukraine: President of Ukraine, president Chief of staff, Prosecutor General, etc
The scope of work should also include organization of a visit of a number of widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers to Ukraine in November aiming to conduct meetings with and bring positive signal/message and support on Nikolay’s issue to the Ukrainian top officials above with the ultimate purpose to close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine.
In a response less than nine minutes later, Schwerin states that “this is definitely done deliberately to be on the safe and cautious side and that Sally [Painter] and company understand the scope and deliverables.” After that, Archer replies by email, “Hunter, You need to deliver that message.”
Hunter emails Vadym the following, for which Vadym praises him:
Let me have one final call with them and verify once more that they understand the scope so we can all feel that the retainer is in line with the work required. I trust Sally and Karen implicitly so I believe we are all aligned but I want to have one last conversation with them to confirm before we proceed.
A memo of the minutes from a White House conference call about Joe Biden’s upcoming trip to Ukraine was sent by Sean Keeley of Blue Star Strategies on December 2nd, 2015. The email was sent to a number of Rosemont email addresses, including Hunter, Archer, and Schwerin, as well as several Blue Star email addresses such as Sally Painter and co-founder Karen Tramontano.
Joe Biden said that he would withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees, with President Obama’s approval, unless the prosecutor (Viktor Shokin) was fired. This happened during the same trip I am referring to. Shokin was fired in April of 2016. Later, Shokin’s successor, Yuriy Lutsenko, closed the investigation into Burisma and “Nikolay.”
FOX News had reported that Blue Star Strategies may be investigated for illegal lobbying in 2021. The article mentioned the company’s access to high levels of the Clinton campaign before the 2016 election, but did not refer to the 2015 contract between Blue Star Strategies, Rosemont Seneca, and Vadym Pozharskyi. This contract was signed just before Joe Biden’s Ukraine trip. However, in May 2022, the Biden DOJ concluded the investigation and found no evidence of any wrongdoing by Blue Star Strategies.
Today on Badlands Daily we dissected my latest article which provides damning evidence of Biden corruption.
