President Trump has just given another win by a federal appeals court last week.

This win, believe it or not, is still pertaining to the lawsuit that Stormy Daniels filed against President Trump many years ago in which she alleged that they had sexual intercourse and that she was paid to keep it quiet.

The US Circuit Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit said that President Trump was indeed entitled to receiving compensation for his attorney fees following this sham lawsuit.

President Trump himself issued a statement regarding the matter in which he wrote:

The 9th Circuit just issued a final ruling in the Stephanie Clifford (aka Stormy Daniels) frivolous lawsuit case against me brought by her disgraced lawyer, Michael Avenatti, upholding the lower court ruling that she owes me nearly $300,000 in attorney fees, costs, and sanctions (not including appeal costs) 

As I have stated many times throughout the years, I never had an affair with Stormy Daniels, nor would I ever have wanted to. The ruling was a total and complete victory and vindication for, and of me.

The lawsuit was a purely political stunt that never should have been started, or allowed to happen, and I am pleased that my lawyers were able to bring it to a successful conclusion after the court fully rejected her appeal. Now all I have to do is wait for all of the money she owes me.

President Trump then noted that “the fake news” probably wouldn’t report on this story. He’s more than likely going to be right about that because any mainstream media outlet refuses to report anything that’s positive for President Trump.

Honestly, the only person that I can think of it wins more court cases than President Trump is James O’Keefe. Maybe after all of this is done people will learn that they can’t win against a man who tells the truth.
