Sentence Dished Out in Most Bizarre Court Trial Ever (VIDEO)
Over the past month or so, I have been pretty heavily invested into watching the trial of the man who drove his car through a parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin that sadly led to the deaths of several individuals.
If you didn’t watch this trial, be glad that you didn’t, because this guy was unlike anyone I’ve ever seen. I can’t even think of enough words that would adequately describe his behavior.
First of all, he decided that he would be better off representing himself in the trial and firing his attorneys. This is NEVER a good idea to do.
He was found guilty of crimes that were obvious, yet he denied that they were obvious. He was sentenced to six consecutive life sentences with another approximately 1000 years on top of that.
Prior to sentencing, the defendant stated, “I want you to know that not only am I sorry for what happened — I’m sorry that you could not see what’s truly in my heart. That you cannot see the remorse that I have.”
Let me tell you something plain and simple, this man has no remorse. None. Zero. I watched him try to justify his actions, try to dehumanize the victims, and insulted everyone in the room practically. He has no remorse. He constantly interrupted the judge, insulted her, refused to head advice even when it was clearly to his benefit. He is one of the most narcissistic and demented people that I’ve ever witnessed in a court trial. It truly was something to behold.
