If you know anything about Joe Biden’s choice for Supreme Court Justice to replace Stephen Breyer, then you already know that the pic is a horrible one.

First of all, the choice was made out of pure racism and sexism, but that is what the Democrat Party is built on and they exploit that to their advantage.

We know that former President Obama is supportive of this choice. He said,

“Judge Jackson has already inspired young Black women like my daughters to set their sights higher. And her confirmation will help them believe they can be anything they want to be.”

“As a protégé of Justice Breyer, Judge Jackson earned a reputation for pragmatism and consensus building,” Obama continued. “It’s part of why I nominated her twice – first as a district judge, and then to the U.S. Sentencing Commission, where she earned praise from both Democrats and Republicans.”

Obama added, “Like Justice Breyer, Judge Jackson understands that the law isn’t just about abstract theory. It’s about people’s lives.”

Sadly, I believe that there are a few of Republicans in the Senate that are actually supportive of this nominee even though she comes with a very checkered past. Among the Senators are Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, and Lindsey Graham.

So, it is very likely that this nominee is going to get approved and appointed to the highest court in the land despite her past of judicial overreach.

But there was another Republican who has come out in support of this nominee as well and to some it may come as a surprise while to others it may not be much of a surprise. That person is former Speaker of the House and former Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan.

Regardless, this nominee is bad news for the Supreme Court in for true justice in our country.
