RFK Jr. Puts CIA Under the Spotlight for Terrorism
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently made a bold claim that the CIA is connected to the 2001 Anthrax Attacks. Kennedy, who is an environmental lawyer and best-selling author, believes that the CIA was behind the assassination of his uncle, President John F. Kennedy in 1963. He has since been researching and investigating the CIA’s involvement in other events, including the 2001 Anthrax Attacks.
The 2001 Anthrax Attacks were a series of letters containing anthrax spores sent through the US Postal Service to news media offices and two Democratic Senators in October and November of 2001. The letters killed five people and infected seventeen others, leading to widespread panic across the United States.
Kennedy believes that there are too many unanswered questions surrounding the attacks for them to be simply written off as a “lone wolf” operation by Bruce Ivins, an Army scientist who committed suicide in 2008 after being identified as a suspect in the case. Kennedy claims that Ivins was not capable of producing such sophisticated anthrax spores on his own, and suggests that he may have had help from someone within the CIA or another government agency with access to advanced bioweapons technology.
Kennedy also points out that there were several suspicious coincidences surrounding the attacks which suggest they may have been orchestrated by someone with inside knowledge of government operations. For example, one of the letters was postmarked from Trenton, New Jersey – just miles away from Fort Detrick where Ivins worked – on September 18th – exactly one week before Congress voted to authorize military action against Afghanistan following 9/11.
Kennedy has called for an independent investigation into his claims but so far, no action has been taken by either Congress or law enforcement agencies. However, Kennedy remains undeterred in his pursuit for answers and continues to push for more transparency regarding this matter.
RFK Jr.’s suspicions about a possible connection between the CIA and 2001 Anthrax Attacks should not be taken lightly or dismissed without further investigation into these matters. It is important to remember that Kennedy’s research into this matter is based on decades of experience studying government operations and uncovering secrets about past events like his uncle’s assassination in 1963 – something which still remains unsolved today despite numerous investigations into it over the years.
.@RobertKennedyJr tells @jimmy_dore anthrax was mailed to the two senators trying to block the Patriot Act in 2001, and the FBI discovered that the anthrax came from the CIA lab in Fort Detrick:
