Radical Left Democrats Fire Back At Obama After He Makes Statement About Defunding Police
Believe it or not, former President Barack Obama is catching some heat after making some strong statements regarding the radical left’s recent demands of defunding the police.
The thing I’ll say about Obama is that while I don’t like him, he’s more of a moderate Democrat. There are times where he gives the impression that he’s on the side of even the radical left, but I think it’s just to keep up a good image among the rest of the Democrats.
However, it doesn’t seem like he’s afraid to stir the pot either, and that’s just what he did recently in an interview with Axios.
Obama said,
“You lost a big audience the minute you say it, which makes it a lot less likely that you’re actually going to get the changes you want done. The key is deciding, do you want to actually get something done, or do you want to feel good among the people you already agree with?”
Anyone that has a bit of common sense doesn’t want to defund the police. Most people don’t want to, the only ones who really do are the extremely radical idiots like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar, and people like Antifa and Black Lives Matter.
When you go ask people in every major city, which they have done, they don’t want to defund the police.
People like Ilhan Omar actually responded to Obama’s remarks saying, “We lose people in the hands of police. It’s not a slogan but a policy demand. And centering the demand for equitable investments and budgets for communities across the country gets us progress and safety.”

Also, newly elected congresswoman Cori Bush addressed it also on Twitter,
“With all due respect, Mr. President—let’s talk about losing people. We lost Michael Brown Jr. We lost Breonna Taylor. We’re losing our loved ones to police violence.
It’s not a slogan. It’s a mandate for keeping our people alive. Defund the police.”
All these people continue to forget that you lose people like Michael Brown because he was fighting against a police officer. Most of the time when something like this happens, it’s because they’re not complying and fighting or threatening an officer.
