It is completely illegal to offer someone any sort of compensation or inducement in exchange for them to vote for any particular candidate.

We have seen this actually happen though in multiple states thanks to Project Veritas.

Project Veritas showed through video evidence that people were being paid for ballots in Minnesota, the state that Ilhan Omar is a representative of. They even showed that it was she who was actually behind the scheme. However, based on what I’ve seen, it’s just not enough to prove that she’s behind anything nefarious.

Then there was the issue in Texas where one woman is running a huge racket where she is making hundreds of thousands of dollars for having people vote a particular way.

Now, we have some more proof that this is what was done in Nevada, just to a different degree.

In Nevada, the Nevada Native Vote Project bribed Native Americans to vote for Biden using gift cards, electronics, and other inducements.

They were trying to claim that they were providing gas for them to go vote, but that’s not what a gift card is. A gift card is still money. They may as well have handed them cash and called it gas money. That’s not how this works.

The group literally paid them using gift cards.

If this weren’t incriminating evidence and it wasn’t anything illegal and it really was just gas cards…then why did they delete that post?

This has sparked a lawsuit of its own citing, “offering something of value to a voter in exchange for his/her vote is a violation of Federal and Nevada law. All such votes cast in exchange for the above described incentives are, therefore, illegal and improper votes. The evidence will show that there were no less than 500 of these illegal and improper votes.”

There was even more than this. There were people who received laptops, speakers, and even iPads.
