Proof Elections Can Be Overturned…One Just Was!
Calls to decertify the election continue more than a year after the November 2020 election.
Some say it will never happen, some hold confidently to the belief that it will for some reason or another.
But even if the states determined that the election results were absolutely fraudulent, is it even possible to overturn an election?
Well, it is, and it just happened in Florida. In fact, it was an election from November 2020, just not the big one.
More than 19 months after Tarus Mack was certified the winner of an Eatonville Town Council election, a judge has ordered Mack to be removed from his position due to evidence uncovered by his opponent suggesting votes were illegally cast or procured.
“I was very ecstatic,” Marlin Daniels said, who learned this week he had prevailed in his lawsuit challenging the election results. “Immediately I said, ‘Let’s get to work.’ We have to fix things that have been going wrong in this historic town and make things right, not for me, but for the people.”
Days after a judge ruled Daniels was entitled to the Eatonville Town Council seat, Mack filed a motion asking for a new trial.

Personally, I don’t think that the election results will ever be overturned. It’s a sad reality, but I think we’ve got to face the facts. The Democrats did a good enough job covering their tracks in order to make sure that there is not enough traceability to prove fraud, only irregularities. Irregularities, although they are a tell-tale sign of corruption, are not illegal in an of themselves and therefore are not enough to overturn and election no matter how many of them there are.
Our best chance of preserving our democracy now is for states to enact strict guidelines to ensure that the next election is actually secure and that this sort of crap doesn’t happen again in 2022 and in 2024.
