Pope Francis Confirms What We Reported Last Month
People have mixed feelings about Pope Francis. Many love him, yet others hate him and even believe that he is the Anti-Christ. You might be one of those people, but I’m not here to judge your opinion of that.
With the ongoing war in Ukraine, many have wondered when it will all end. I think that most people believe that it will be an active war for years. I’ve held the opinion since the beginning that it will last a few months.
Last month, we even reported on the idea that Russia would end their attack on Ukraine on May 9th. May 9th is Russia’s Victory Day in which they celebrate their victory over Nazi Germany at the end of World War II.
I don’t think that it is any coincidence that Vladimir Putin has been referring to those in power in Ukraine as neo-Nazis.
Now, Pope Francis has said that the war is supposed to end that day as well.
According to NY Post,
Pope Francis has revealed that during a meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, he was told that Russian President Vladimir Putin intends to end his invasion of Ukraine next week.
“When I met Orban, he told me that the Russians have a precise plan, and that the war will end on May 9th,” the pope told Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera in an interview published Tuesday.
May 9 is Russia’s Victory Day, which celebrates the victory over Nazi Germany at the end of World War II.
“I sure hope so. That would explain the speed of the military operations in the last few days,” he continued, noting that Russia has been focused on taking the Black Sea ports away from Ukraine.
There is also another rumor that Russia will actually declare war on Ukraine on that day. Kremlin has rejected that notion and I believe it. I think that it is very likely going to end in a few days. Hopefully, then we can stop giving them billions and billions of dollars.
