Mike Lindell Goes After McCarthy
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is suing House Speaker Kevin McCarthy for giving Fox News exclusive access to 44,000 hours of video footage from the January 6th Capitol riot. Lindell claims that McCarthy violated his First Amendment rights by denying him access to the same footage.
Lindell has been a vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump and an outspoken critic of the 2020 election results. He has made numerous claims about voter fraud in the election and has been sued for defamation by voting technology company Dominion Voting Systems for $1.3 billion.
In addition to his lawsuit against McCarthy, Lindell is also facing sanctions from a Minnesota District Court judge for filing a “frivolous” lawsuit against Dominion Voting Systems. The judge ordered him to pay legal fees and costs incurred by Dominion as a result of the suit.
The lawsuit against McCarthy comes after Fox News host Tucker Carlson was granted exclusive access to 44,000 hours of video footage from the Capitol riot on January 6th. Lindell believes that he should have been given equal access to this footage in order to prove his claims about voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Fearing a coverup, Mike Lindell will sue Kevin McCarthy so LindellTV can have access to the January 6th Capitol footage just like Tucker Carlson.

However, McCarthy’s office has denied any wrongdoing and said that they are confident that their actions were lawful and appropriate. They argue that granting exclusive access to Fox News was necessary in order to ensure accuracy and fairness in reporting on the events of January 6th.
It remains unclear whether or not Lindell will be successful in his lawsuit against McCarthy, but it does raise questions about how news outlets are able to gain exclusive access to important information like this without providing equal access to all parties involved. It also highlights how powerful news outlets can be when it comes to influencing public opinion on controversial issues like voter fraud allegations.
Regardless of the outcome of this case, Mike Lindell is determined to prove his claims about voter fraud in the 2020 election and will continue fighting for what he believes is right until he gets justice.
