Melania Trump’s Opinion On Her Role As First Lady When Trump Is Re-elected
The political season is in bloom and with the elections getting closer and closer all sorts of questions come up.
Who will be the Democratic nominee? Will Donald Trump win again? How does Melania Trump feel about being First Lady for another 4 years if her husband wins again?
Melania’s response was a very fitting, “I would not change it for anything. I love what I do. I think our husbands are doing a fantastic job and I would support my husband if he would run again.”
According to Yahoo! News,
The first lady revealed her intentions during a question-and-answer period with students at Albritton Middle School at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. She traveled there with Karen Pence, Vice President Mike Pence’s wife, to tour the installation and meet students as part of their shared focus on military families.
Both women said they would serve again when a student asked if they wanted to do so again.
“I think our husbands are doing (a) fantastic job and I will support my husband if he decided to run again,” Mrs. Trump said. “And yes, it’s a privilege, a great honor to serve and I will be here.” Trump announced a re-election bid during his first year in office.
Mrs. Pence seems to feel the same way about her role as well for another 4 years. She made mention that she’s only in the role that she has because she happens to be married to Vice President Mike Pence. Nonetheless, she said, “What a privilege and honor to be able to go on this journey and it would be a privilege to continue as well.”
I’m so thankful for Melania Trump and her willingness to ride this roller coaster with our President.
It’s definitely been a bumpy ride, but she is doing great. What a true example of class!
