Former President Donald Trump has recently criticized the trial against him, arguing that he did nothing wrong. He expressed his frustration on Truth Social, a social media platform, stating, “Can anybody believe that our Government would be spending Tens of Millions of Taxpayer Dollars on prosecuting this RIDICULOUS Case? I DID NOTHING WRONG! IN FACT, I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT.”

As the trial nears its conclusion, the jury has been deliberating after hearing a reread of portions of Judge Merchan’s instructions and some select testimony. They have also requested headphones and speakers to review evidence.

The trial, which has been a focal point of media coverage, has given Trump’s Democratic opponents a “massive media bonus,” according to the Media Research Center. The Center found that in over 640 minutes of total trial coverage across ABC, CBS, and NBC, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was rarely identified as a partisan Democrat.

Trump has consistently labeled the case as a “sham” and criticized Judge Juan Merchan as “corrupt” and “conflicted.” He has also accused the Biden administration of using the trial as a form of “lawfare” to damage his chances of winning the 2024 presidential election.

As of the writing of this post the jury is still deliberating whether Trump is guilty of falsifying 34 business records. Prosecutors aim to prove that Trump falsified business records to conceal a $130,000 payment to former porn star Stormy Daniels, who claimed to have had an affair with Trump in 2006.

Meanwhile as the drama continues inside the courthouse there was drama ourside the courthouse as well.

As Trump supporter was able to catch up with MSNBC host Joy Reid and he had some fun at her expense.

A Trump supporter asked Reid if she stole Trump’s haircut or did the former president steal hers.
