Sheetz Sued Over Hiring Practices
Not long ago President Biden traveled to Pennsylvania for several stops.
One of those stops was incredibly eventful.
Biden stopped by a Sheetz gas station today because he wanted to try to replicate Trump’s bodega visit.
It didn’t work. No one cheered. No one was excited to see him.
Americans absolutely despise this crooked old fool.

It appears that after the President humiliated himself his administration sued the gas station company.
Sheetz Inc., a well-known convenience store chain with many stores in six states, is dealing with a lawsuit from U.S. officials. The lawsuit was filed in Baltimore by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). They say Sheetz wasn’t fair to Black, Native American, and people of mixed race who applied for jobs. The lawsuit is about how Sheetz checks people’s criminal history when they apply for a job. They claimed the company’s hiring practices lead to more people of color being rejected than white people.
The EEOC started looking into this after two people who applied for jobs said they were treated unfairly. They found that 14.5% of Black people who applied for jobs were turned down after the background check. People of mixed race were turned down 13.5% of the time, and Native American people were turned down 13% of the time. But less than 8% of white people who applied were turned down.
EQUITY: Days after Biden was humiliated at a Sheetz gas station his regime sued the retail chain for racial discrimination because it doesn’t hire convicted felons – felons are disproportionally black and thus are denied employment. pic.twitter.com/4C3Afph1Gr

Sheetz is based in Altoona, Pennsylvania, and they say the lawsuit is not true. Nick Ruffner, who speaks for the company, said Sheetz believes in diversity and inclusion. He said, “We do not tolerate any unfair treatment.” He also said that the company has been trying to work this out with the EEOC for close to eight years.
The lawsuit doesn’t say that Sheetz meant to be unfair. But it does say the company broke civil rights laws. Debra M. Lawrence, an EEOC lawyer, said, “Under U.S. law, if a company’s hiring practices lead to more people of color being turned down, the company has to show that it’s really necessary for doing the jobs safely and efficiently.”
