As if it wasn’t bad enough that the federal government gives tax refunds to people who haven’t actually paid any taxes…

Now the IRS is actually DEFENDING giving tax refunds to illegal immigrants who never paid any taxes while they were earning money!

Fox News reported on the matter saying,

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) went “On The Record” tonight to explain that illegal immigrants who get a social security number can go back and apply for a refund through the earned income tax credit. He said this is due to President Barack Obama’s executive order on illegal immigration, calling it unconstitutional and unfair.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen wrote in a letter to Senator Charles Grassley the following,

“Section 32 of the Internal Revenue Code requires an SSN on the return, but a taxpayer claiming the EITC is not required to have an SSN before the close of the year for which the EITC is claimed.

CNN reported,

The three-year time frame is part of general tax law, allowing anyone who didn’t file to go back and claim a refund for up to three previous year’s worth of taxes.

So let me make sure we’re all understanding this clearly. While there are many people must have to have a social security nyc to enjoy its benefits now illegals can do the same even without having one.

These illegal immigrants can get refunds on earned income for the years that they didn’t have a social security number as long as they have a social security number now? As if that just magically makes the illegal activities not illegal anymore? How about we apply that principle to other areas of law?

What if we decided that my speeding ticket should be thrown out because after the ticket I drove the speed limit? What if my car insurance company had to pay for my accident I had even though I didn’t have insurance at the time? I have insurance now, so I should be okay, right?

This is the type of moronic thinking going on in the Democratic Party and I don’t know about you, but I’m getting pretty sick and tired of this garbage political structure.
