IRS Agent Blows Whistle, Says Biden is Blocking Criminal Prosecution of Hunter
Recently, a whistleblower has raised serious concerns about federal prosecutors appointed by Joe Biden who are allegedly providing preferential treatment to his son, Hunter Biden. The whistleblower has alleged that the prosecutors are interfering in the criminal tax charges for Hunter Biden in order to protect him. The allegations indicate a potential case of political interference and bias in the legal process.
The whistleblower’s claim was made in a letter addressed to several US Senators. In the letter, the agent has stated that they have already made legally protected disclosures internally at the IRS, through counsel to the U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, and to the Department of Justice, Office of Inspector General. These disclosures are aimed at bringing attention to the alleged political interference and preferential treatment.
The allegations suggest that the federal prosecutors who are appointed by Joe Biden are not following due process and are potentially breaching federal laws. The implications of such actions could have serious consequences for the law enforcement agencies and the government as a whole. It is essential that the allegations are thoroughly investigated and the truth behind the allegations revealed.
“The protected disclosures: (1) contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee, (2) involve failure to mitigate clear conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the case, and (3) detail examples of preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals in similar circumstances if the subject were not politically connected” the letter wrote.
Mark D. Lytle, the whistleblower’s representative, faces challenges in sharing certain information due to the restricted nature of the disclosures. The disclosures contain protected information which is safeguarded by statutes to ensure privacy for taxpayers and their tax returns. Lytle notes that his client has refrained from sharing certain information with even him, to abide by the strict laws surrounding taxpayer privacy.
Is it really any surprise that Biden if still playing this game? He’s still trying to deny wrongdoing and cover his tracks as long as he can. But Republicans are closing in on the Biden Crime family. I do believe that it’s possible that we see impeachment before the end of his term.
