Illegal Immigrant In Viral Video Shooting At Officer Had A LONG Record [VIDEO]
The man who is seen in the now viral video shooting at a female officer during a traffic stop has had multiple run-ins with law enforcement in the United States.
In the video, we see the Napa County sheriff’s Deputy Riley Jerecki barely get out of the way when Javier Hernandez Morales fired at the officer as he rolled down his window.
According to Fox News,
The illegal immigrant killed Sunday in a shootout with a California cop had been deported three times and arrested and released over ICE’s objection on several occasions — including cases involving the very department whose officer took him down in a dramatic exchange caught on her body cam.
In a graphic, 48-second clip released Wednesday, body camera footage from Sunday’s traffic stop shows Javier Hernandez Morales rolling down his window, grabbing a handgun and opening fire. Napa County sheriff’s Deputy Riley Jarecki narrowly avoided getting struck before running to the other side of the car, firing at least 15 shots into the red Honda.
ICE confirms deceased suspect in Napa shooting, Javier Hernandez-Morales was a Mexican national. He had been previously removed three times prior to 2011," says ICE, which issued 4 separate detainers. #abc7now #napa

The suspect died at the scene of the incident.
But let’s look at this closer. This is exactly what Democrats are defending and what Republicans and Americans with common sense are fighting against. This is why the majority of Americans want a border wall.
Here is the full statement from ICE regarding Javier Hernandez Morales:
Javier Hernandez-Morales was a Mexican national unlawfully present in the United States who had been previously removed three times prior to 2011.
After 2011, ICE issued detainers four separate times for Hernandez-Morales following his arrests for local crimes including driving under the influence, battery on a peace officer, selling liquor to a minor and probation violations. None of the four detainers lodged were honored by local jails.
ICE is grateful the deputy involved in this shooting was not harmed during this attack. It’s unfortunate that our law enforcement partners and the community are subjected to dangerous consequences because of inflexible state laws that protect criminal aliens.
This incident may have been prevented if ICE had been notified about any of the multiple times Hernandez-Morales was released from local custody over the last few years. This is an impactful, scary example of how public safety is affected by laws or policies limiting local law enforcement agencies’ ability to cooperate with ICE.
Background information (on the record):
Hernandez-Morales was removed twice in 2007 and once in 2010.
ICE issued three detainers to Napa County Jail; one each in 2014, 2015 and 2016 – none of which were honored.
ICE issued a detainer to Sonoma County Jail in 2016 which was not honored.
This officer could have been another sad story of an innocent American losing her life in the line of duty all because liberals want to defend scum bags like this.
