FINALLY! Netflix Indicted by Grand Jury for “Cuties” Film
Netflix finally has some legal action being taken against them after a Texas grand jury filed an indictment against them.
The indictment of course of course is in response to the film “Cuties” which sexualizes little underage girls by having them perform sexual and provocative dances that are designed to entice men for sex.
Tyler County has handed down an indictment against Netflix for “promotion of lewd visual material depicting child”.
The charge stems from the release of the “Cuties” documentary, which was released back on September 9, followed an 11-year-old who followed a dance crew.
The documentary sparked controversy with its depiction of young girls. Texas Senator Ted Cruz called for a criminal investigation into the film earlier this month, calling it a “pornographic film.”
A court date has not been set for the indictment, according to the county district clerk’s officer.
The indictment reads they’re being indicted for promoting “visual material which depicts the lewd exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of a clothed or partially clothed child who was younger than 18 years of age at the time the visual material was created, which appeals to the prurient interest in sex…”

Netflix has previously defended the film in statements to Fox News, calling the project “a powerful story about the pressure young girls face on social media and from society more generally growing up.”
The media giant doubled down on Tuesday. “Cuties is a social commentary against the sexualization of young children,” a spokesperson for Netflix told Fox News. “This charge is without merit and we stand by the film.”
Honestly, this has been a long time coming. What they should have done was not put the movie up to begin with, but then after receiving the backlash that they did, they should have removed the film just like they do when 1 or 2 snowflake liberals get upset about something.
