While the crisis at the Southern border is not getting any better – in fact, it’s just getting worse – the Biden regime continue to play their stupid games which make the problem grow worse and worse.

With the expiration of Title 42 which was put in place by President Trump in order to protect Americans, Joe Biden doesn’t care about us, he only cares about looking good on the big stage. But he only cares about looking good to a certain group of people and that’s his own party.

Honestly, I really believe that many Democrats are against illegal immigration, but in order to keep up appearances, they have to project as though they are against it. Because honestly, what do we actually benefit from? What good comes to our country by allowing a flood of illegal immigrants?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m absolutely willing to change my mind on the matter if I’m presented with a list of pros accompanied with some hard data that outweighs the cons, but I’d be willing to bet that this isn’t possible.

Thankfully, a federal judge just stepped in and just in the nick of time I might add.

U.S. District Judge Robert Summerhays, a Trump appointee, told parties during a closed status conference that he intends to grant a motion for a temporary restraining order, according to minutes of the meeting released by the court.

“The parties will confer regarding the specific terms to be contained in the temporary restraining order and attempt to reach agreement,” the court reporter said.

“Joe Biden’s reckless decision to rescind Title 42 would have flooded our already stressed southern border with illegal immigrants,” Landry told The Epoch Times in a statement. “Fortunately, today a judge has granted our request to halt this enormous threat to our national security.”

Now, all we can do it continue to hope that this stays in effect and that we don’t get this massive tsunami of immigrants coming in while we’re already being flooded in the first place.
