Famous Singer Slammed By Her Dad For Her “Stupid Pornography” Music
The Hip Hop star known as Baby Rexha may have a good career going on, but her father doesn’t think so.
Her father isn’t too fond of her choice in careers because of how her videos turn out like soft core porn videos.
The singer recently posted a photo on Instagram which shows a screenshot of a text message from her dad. His text said,
“You better stop posting stupid pornography because you make me sick,” he wrote. ‘”I can’t take this anymore. Embarrassed to go in public everywhere I can go. I’m very upset with you, I can’t believe it.”
Along with the photo she posted she included, “My dad hates me.”
According to Fox News,
The 29-year-old pop star, whose latest music video “Last Hurrah” was flagged as “sensitive” on YouTube, eventually took down the post and later explained why she deleted it.
“My dad is not a bad guy. I should […] never have posted that screenshot. I’m disappointed in myself. I was being sarcastic,” she tweeted. ‘I understand where he is coming as a father and that’s why the text was a bit harsh. I am upset that he still isn’t speaking to me, but he is still my father.
In an interview back in 2017, Bebe Rexha told the BBC that her dad called her singing career “the devil’s career”.
Her father, Flamur Rexha, is an Albanimmigrantrant who came to the U.S. at the age of 21. He worked as a scaffolder and his wife is an employee at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.
The Daily Mail also said,
Her father was not the only one who was shocked by the video, and a number of people were quick to lash out at Bebe and denounce the singer.
‘I am woman who is living unapologetically. I’m not gonna be made to feel bad about making ART. And yes art to me is my beautiful ass out, boys kissing boys, girls kissing girls, crosses on my body,’ said Bebe in response to the uproar.
‘IF A MALE RAPPER PUT OUT THAT VIDEO OUT IT WOULD BE FINE.’
She later doubled down on her statement over the weekend, and suggested that there was an even more controversial version in which a nun was seen smoking marijuana.
‘The only person I would apologize to for this video is god if I offended him in any way. But I wrote this song with a pure heart,’ said Bebe.
‘And wanted to portray how We are all fighting our temptations. No one is perfect. That’s why we turn to god. God created sex. And I like sex.’
Here is her most recent music video. You decide, is her dad right?
