Doo-Doo Is Getting Deep in San Francisco…Literally!
Do you remember Danny Tanner and Rebecca Donaldson hosting Wake Up San Francisco?
Remember how beautiful the city looked at the beginning of the show when the theme song was rolling?
Those were the days when things were normal, you can forget about that now.
San Francisco is one place I never want to visit nowadays.
It seems that there has been an unusual increase in the number of pieces of human feces found on the streets and sidewalks in the city.
Why? I have no idea, other than it just seems that homeless people poop wherever they want.
The number of reports of human feces has gone up to 28,084 for 2018. That’s a lot of doo-doo.
Take a look at this chart:

What’s more, is that San Francisco has even had to launch a special team to patrol the streets to scoop up the people poop.
According to The Blaze,
During the first quarter of this year, there were 6,676 reports of people poop on the streets, Forbes reported.
Overall, at least 118,352 reports of human waste have been reported across San Francisco since 2011.
Government watchdog Open The Books documented every spot of human fecal matter reported to city services over the past eight years. Open The Books is a non-profit organization that accepts no government funding.
Complaints from residents prompted the city to launch a dedicated “Poop Patrol” late last summer in an effort to clean up the streets. A team of Public Works employees patrol the city’s defecation hot spots to try to get ahead of the mess.
I have a better idea. Why not serve our citizens by giving them some better facilities to do their duty? Instead of spending billions of dollars on taking care of illegal immigrants coming into the country by the hundreds and thousands, why don’t we set up some porta-potties in various locations?
I’m sure someone will say that it won’t look too appealing to see porta-potties all over San Francisco, but which would you rather see porta-potties or poop on the sidewalk?
Exactly.
