A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has been filed today against the state Justice Department by the watchdog organization Judicial Watch as an attempt to obtain the communications between Hillary Clinton’s campaign, the DNC, and the FBI lawyers.

The reason for the request is that it appears that the FBI failed to provide details on contact with Hillary’s campaign Lawyer.

According to Fox News,

The FBI failed to respond to an October 2018 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking more information about secretive communications in late 2016 between a top Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer and the bureau’s then-general counsel, according to the transparency group Judicial Watch.

Additionally, the group said, the FBI has ignored September 2018 FOIA requests concerning bureau communications with, and payments to, British ex-spy Christopher Steele — who authored the infamous anti-Trump dossier.

In response, Judicial Watch announced Tuesday it has filed lawsuits seeking the full release of all relevant documents. The flurry of litigation comes just days before Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report is set to be publicly released, with some redactions.

Tom Fitton who is the President of Judicial Watch said that, “This lawsuit aims to fully expose the scandalous collusion between the Obama FBI and the Clinton-DNC political operation to target Hillary Clinton’s political opponent, Donald J. Trump. The corrupted FBI owes Americans total transparency on this scandal.”

Also, according to Politico,

In a letter sent to Attorney General William Barr on Tuesday, Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Finance Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Homeland Security and Government Affairs Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) re-upped their request for a classified briefing on steps the Justice Department plans to take in light of its inspector general’s 2018 report.

So now, not only is Judicial Watch investigating the Justice Department, but members of the Senate Judiciary Committee has renewed a request for more information into Hillary’s private email server usage.
