America under the Biden regime is like experiencing Obama once again, except this time things are much worse.

They’re worse because the liberals are more liberal, Joe Biden literally doesn’t know what he’s doing. Contrast that to Barack Obama who knew what he was doing and just didn’t care, and Democrats in Congress who actually still cared about this country a little bit.

Things weren’t very good back then and they’re just absolutely horrible now.

Just look at our economy. We were doing fantastic and now in just 9 months – less actually – we went from thriving to barely surviving. We’ve been hit with insane inflation, poor job numbers thanks to the government’s incentive to not work, and the historical gas prices.

In California, gas actually reached an all-time high of $4.68 per gallon. That is just absolutely insane. Bet you can’t guess the last time we saw gas prices similar to that, can you? If you said under Obama, you’d be right. It was October 2012. What’s worse is that this is likely not the top yet. It’s very likely that California will see $5.00 per gallon and that’s because of the skyrocketing oil prices.

This year along, oil prices have increased by 65% to about $82 per barrel and will likely get to $100.

So what are Democrats doing about this? Well, Chuck Schumer is calling for Joe Biden to tap into the oil reserves and then to kill off the oil and gas industries. Schumer said, “We need immediate relief at the gas pump and the place to look is the Strategic Petroleum Reserve… I’m urging the administration to tap that reserve, get the prices down, and then we have to embark on a full-time campaign to get us away from carbon fuels altogether.”

Let me tell you how stupid this is by giving an analogy from my own life.

When I was 18 years old, I got mad at my employer because they were going to change my shift. So I made the decision to give my two weeks notice and quit because I didn’t want to change my shift. I didn’t have another job lined up and couldn’t afford to not have a job. What happened was that I quit my job, couldn’t find another, couldn’t afford rent, couldn’t afford groceries, and was evicted from my apartment.

This is what Democrats are asking for when they say to tap into the reserves and kill the oil and gas industries. We are NOWHERE near prepared to handle what would happen if they did this.

What we need is to undo what Biden did with the pipelines where we were actually an exporter of oil instead of an importer. Back to when we were self-reliant on our own resources under President Trump.
