California is secretly scrapping its travel ban to ‘anti-LGBT’ states. But don’t be fooled, the Golden State isn’t suddenly embracing conservative values. Instead, it’s hatching a more insidious plan, one designed to infiltrate red states with its radical LGBT propaganda.

This stealthy strategy was revealed by none other than California state Sen. Toni Atkins, a Democrat in her final year as Senate leader. Atkins is plotting to replace the travel ban with an intensive outreach campaign, designed to flood television screens and highway billboards in red states with pro-LGBTQ messages.

The original travel ban, enacted in 2016, was a classic example of California’s virtue signaling. It barred publicly funded travel to states that had laws allegedly discriminating against LGBTQ people. The ban grew to include 26 states, effectively prohibiting Californians from official business travel to over half of U.S. states.

However, the ban has backfired spectacularly. Rather than compelling conservative states to change their ways, it has made them even more resolved to hold onto their values. Undeterred, California’s progressives have concocted a new plan, hoping to corrupt these states from within with their LGBT propaganda.

This strategy is not just underhanded, it’s deeply patronizing. It assumes that Americans are gullible and easily swayed by emotional appeals. It relies on the “big lie” theory, where people are thought to be more susceptible to grand falsehoods than small fibs.

Atkins aims to “educate the public” in conservative states that have passed laws to rein in the more extreme elements of the LGBT movement. She even released a video on social media, giving us a glimpse into what this “education” might look like. The video, unsurprisingly, co-opts Christian messages of love and inclusivity, ignoring the equally important Christian tenet of repentance of sin.

This is a cynical ploy by cultural Marxists masquerading as LGBT sympathizers. They’re attempting to replace God with the state, cherry-picking from Scripture to suit their agenda. It’s an audacious lie, but we, the people, are not as naive as these elitists believe.

Exporting LGBT propaganda from California to conservative states is not just misguided, it’s insulting. But then again, what can we expect from the minds of liberals? This is yet another example of their disdain for conservative values and their relentless attempts to undermine them.
