Business Owner Fed Up with Increasing Crime Take Matters Into Own Hands
As law-abiding citizens of this great nation, we sometimes find ourselves in difficult situations. In Philadelphia, a gas station owner has been forced to take drastic measures in order to protect his business from the crime that is rampant in his city.
He is hiring armed guards with body armor to fend off criminals who are intent on preying upon innocent people. This is a prime example of how the rule of law has broken down and it’s up to us as citizens to take matters into our own hands.
A North Philly owner says he’s had enough violent crime at his gas station so he’s hired these guys to protect his customers and store.

The Blaze reported,
Patel owns 22 gas stations in the region, 12 of which are in Philadelphia.
Fox 29 reported that Patel’s gas stations have been repeatedly ransacked and vandalized. Patel’s car was targeted. An ATM machine was stolen from the premises. Shoplifting is a frequent occurrence.
According to WPVI, there was also a shooting at one of Patel’s gas stations on Easter Sunday.
“Cops here, they don’t do anything,” said Patel.
Feeling obligated to hire “high-level security,” Patel recruited so-called Pennsylvania S.I.T.E. Agents — private security guards sporting semi-automatic rifles or shotguns and clad in Kevlar vests.
Andre Boyer, referred to as “Chief” in the Fox 29 report, said, “We wear Kevlar, we are trained, my guards go to training every other week, they’re proficient with [their guns] and with their taser, they know the law.”
The crisis in Philadelphia is not an isolated incident; it reflects a larger problem across the United States. Cities like Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, and St. Louis are all grappling with violent crime that has spiraled out of control. The police and local government have been unable or unwilling to address the issue, leaving many businesses and residents exposed and defenseless against criminals who are determined to wreak havoc on their communities.
This is why we must stand up for what we believe in; this means taking responsibility for our safety and security when we can no longer depend on traditional law enforcement or government institutions. We cannot wait around for someone else to come save us; instead, we must be willing to act when necessary. This includes taking steps such as arming ourselves with body armor and firearms if needed, or hiring armed guards if possible—just as the gas station owner in Philadelphia has done—in order to protect our businesses from criminal activity that could otherwise ruin them.
It takes courage for a business owner like the one in Philadelphia to make such a bold move when faced with danger from criminals who do not respect the law or care about human life. His willingness to stand up for himself should serve as an example for all of us who are tired of living under the threat of violence every day. If we want to put an end to this kind of chaos, then it’s time for us all take action—because no one else will do it for us! We must show strength through solidarity by fighting back against crime wherever it threatens us!
