BREAKING! Supreme Court Makes Final Decision on Sidney Powell Cases
Just about a week ago, we got an update from Sidney Powell on the court cases regarding the election that have been sitting on the docket for months now.
The week prior to her update, the Supreme Court had rejected a couple of the court cases including those coming from Pennsylvania.
Sadly, three of the Supreme Court justices sided with the liberal justices, including the newest Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
Well, now they have made decisions on Sidney Powell’s cases in Arizona and Wisconsin. They have decided to………do nothing once again.
The Supreme Court rejected two mandamus petitions that Sidney Powell and other “Kraken”-aligned lawyers filed in late December. Those cases were stylized as In re Tyler Bowyer, et al. and In Re William Feehan. The cases took issue with the election results in Arizona and Wisconsin, where Trump lost to Joe Biden.
“The petitions for writs of mandamus are denied,” the court said Monday. That’s it, that’s the order.
The matter-of-factness and brevity stands in stark contrast to the urgency and “public importance” that the lawyers communicated in the since-dismissed petitions.
“A submission directly to this Court seeking an extraordinary writ of mandamus is unusual, but it has its foundation. While such relief is rare, this Court will grant it ‘where a question of public importance is involved, or where the question is of such a nature that it is peculiarly appropriate that such action by this Court should be taken,’” each of the mandamus petitions said.
I think we’re done folks. I don’t think that justice is going to be served. I don’t think that anything is going to happen in regards to any sort of action against election fraud.
The only thing that I can see happening is if individual states decide to do something to protect their own states, just as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis did in his state to ensure election integrity.
