In an investigation that corrupt prosecutor Fani Willis has filed against President Trump, using fake news as evidence, Rudy Guiliani’s legal team has revealed that the state of Georgia has listed him as a target in the probe. The equally corrupt Brad Raffensperger was on the line when President Trump called.

After recording the conversation, Raffensperger altered the words that were said before deleting the original tape. On the other hand, by some stroke of good fortune, an original recording of the conversation was discovered on a different computer, which provided evidence that Raffensperger had modified it.

The attorneys for Guiliani have stated that:

“If these people think he’s going to talk about conversations between him and President Trump, they’re delusional.”

These discussions are considered to be confidential between a client and his attorney. Any charges brought against either Donald Trump or Rudy Guiliani, in my opinion, would put the prosecution in an extremely precarious position.

It may be criminal to attempt to overturn the results of a lawfully held election, but it is not illegal to do so if the results were obtained through fraudulent means. The investigation would involve a significant amount of discovery, and as we are already aware, an unlawfully large number of records have been removed.

There is a possibility that evidence of voting fraud will be introduced into the court record. Willis would have a tough time disproving those claims given the evidence. Of course, it is possible that she is just making things up in an attempt to harm President Trump and has no intention of ever pursuing charges against him. The same may be said about Giuliani. The only way to know is to wait and find out.
