Joe Biden is starting to get considerable pushback from the very people that helped elect him to office. At the head of that pack looking for payback Black Lives Matter and it seems as though they are finally realizing they have been had.

Calling Out Joe

Dr. Melina Abdullah is one of the founding members of the Black Lives Matter Global Network. Dr. Abdullah seems less than thrilled with how Joe Biden’s transition and Cabinet selections are going. She openly pointed out that Joe Biden seemed to be playing both sides against the middle during the election.

At the top of the complaint list is the consideration of Eric Garcetti as a possible Cabinet member. This has particularly set off Abdullah.

She stated, “We want to be very clear that as we happily usher out the Trump regime, we will not accept liberal white supremacy in the White House in the form of Joe Biden … It doesn’t matter to me that Kamala Harris is your vice president if you’re using her black woman body to usher in oppressive systems and oppressive people like Eric Garcetti.”

She also called Biden out on Twitter…

Biden, for those of you that recall, was the architect of the Crime Bill that was passed during the Bill Clinton administration. This bill has been largely credited with the reason why we have so many single-parent households in our minority communities today. Joe Biden has also been known to make some racist slips, such as when he interviewed with Charlamagne the God and told the black community “you ain’t black” if you are not supporting Biden over Trump.

Abdullah was far from being alone in the protesting of Garcetti as a possible Cabinet member…

Watch It Play Out

The one thing that I have been very interested to see as this process moves forward is how much Biden delivers to the people he sold out to during the election.

For instance, he sold out to Bernie Sanders, AOC, and Warren to get the uber-progressive vote. He also told moderate Democrats and Republicans that did not like Trump that he would be “an American president.” He has also told the minority communities and illegal immigrants that they are going to come first in his administration.

You see where this is headed, right? You cannot possibly satisfy all of these groups with all of the promises made and at some point, it is all going to come back on him.

Abdullah is but one example, as Rep. Clyburn (D-S.C.) has openly questioned why Joe Biden has not named more blacks in his administration. Biden made it sound as though he would have a majority of minorities before the election but so far, his cabinet is filled with whites and establishment elites with only a few exceptions.

The Biden administration is a house of cards just waiting for a strong wind to come along and my guess is that the wind is gathering up strength and it is only a matter of time before it all comes tumbling down.
