BOOM! District Court Gives America Huge Win Against Biden Administration
President Trump is no dummy. He has a grasp on things that most people don’t and he really did see the long game while in office.
He appointed hundreds of judges while in office. Why was that? Because he knew that the country needed them and he knows the importance of that level of government.
Now, these judges are already coming in handy.
Last week, Biden signed an executive order that put a temporary 100-day freeze on the deportation of illegal immigrants.
Well, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton wasn’t going to settle for this and he filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for this and guess what? He won!
A federal judge on Tuesday barred the U.S. government from enforcing a 100-day deportation moratorium that is a key immigration priority of President Joe Biden.
U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton issued a temporary restraining order sought by Texas, which sued on Friday against a Department of Homeland Security memo that instructed immigration agencies to pause most deportations. Tipton said the Biden administration had failed “to provide any concrete, reasonable justification for a 100-day pause on deportations.”
Tipton’s order is an early blow to the Biden administration, which has proposed far-reaching changes sought by immigration advocates, including a plan to legalize an estimated 11 million immigrants living in the U.S. illegally. Biden promised during his campaign to pause most deportations for 100 days.
He tweeted,
“VICTORY.
Texas is the FIRST state in the nation to bring a lawsuit against the Biden Admin.
AND WE WON.
Within 6 days of Biden’s inauguration, Texas has HALTED his illegal deportation freeze.
*This* was a seditious left-wing insurrection. And my team and I stopped it.”

Thank God for Texas and states like them. As long as they can keep the Democrats out they will continue to fare well and honestly have a good chance at seceding from the U.S.
