On Wednesday, many of us watched at Joe Biden was sworn in as president of the United States. There was a lot that was happening on that day.

Biden gave his inaugural address in which he made a call for unity. That’s commendable. Is it going to happen? Well, not if the Democrats have anything to say about it.

They don’t want unity, they want control. They want to make sure that if you don’t agree with them, that they are silenced. We even see how much control that Biden wants to have as well and we saw it on Day One.

He told his appointees via a virtual address that he will fire them if

“I’m not joking when I say this: If you ever work with me and I hear you treat another colleague with disrespect, talk down to someone, I will fire you on the spot. No ifs, ands, or buts.”

Then he made a jab at President Trump…

“Everybody is entitled to be treated with decency and dignity. That’s been missing in a big way the last four years. We’re going to be judged whether or not we restored the integrity and competency in this government. I need your help badly.”

“You’re engaged in and you’re working with the most decent government in the world. And we have to restore the soul of this country. And I’m counting on all of you to be a part of that — it’s not hyperbole.”

“You work for the people. You’re going to work like the devil. We all [will]. We will all work long hours. … ‘The only thing I expect with absolute certainty is honesty and decency, the way you treat one another, the way you treat the people you deal with.”

Have we forgotten that this is the same guy who called a man fat and challenged him to a push-up contest and the same guy who called a man a d**n liar?

Have we forgotten that this is the man who called a woman a lying dog-faced pony soldier after she answered his question honestly?
