The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons announced that they are filing a lawsuit against the Department of Health and Human Services as well as the FDA for what they’re calling “irrational interference”.

They claim that both agencies made a strong effort to suppress a drug that was successful in treating the coronavirus and they did so based on terrible reasoning.

The pushback against the drug came largely for two reasons.

The first reason is that it was proven safe and it was very inexpensive. There’s no money to be made there when you treating everyone with a cheap drug. I hate this so much but it’s become crystal clear that doctors are in the business of making money and not truly helping people.

I understand that hospitals are a business like anything else, but they gouge the crap out of everything. I remember the hospital bill for the birth of our son was $75,000. There is no reason why we should be charged such an astronomic amount for this. How much money do they really need to make?

The second reason is that President Trump promoted it. The media and the liberals hate President Trump and anything he says must be bad or wrong. So in their delusion, they simply just started pushing it like it was extremely dangerous and some states even banned it when it was proven to be working positively and even saving lives.

Besides, if everyone can just take a medication that costs dollars, how are they ever going to make money when it comes time for them to push their new COVID-19 vaccine?

In fact, earlier this month, the one Lancet study that was supposed to show how harmful the drug is was removed.

Reuters reported:

An influential study that found hydroxychloroquine increased the risk of death in COVID-19 patients has been withdrawn a week after it led to major trials being halted, adding to confusion about a malaria drug championed by U.S. President Donald Trump.

The Lancet medical journal pulled the study after three of its authors retracted it, citing concerns about the quality and veracity of data in it. The World Health Organization (WHO) will resume its hydroxychloroquine trials after pausing them in the wake of the study. Dozens of other trials have resumed or are in process.

The three authors said Surgisphere, the company that provided the data, would not transfer the dataset for an independent review and they “can no longer vouch for the veracity of the primary data sources.”
