18 States Join Texas in Lawsuit Headed to SCOTUS, Is Your State One of Them?
It finally looks like we’re actually getting somewhere with the election fraud.
I’ll be quite honest, this is a make or break case. If the Supreme Court dismisses this suit or decides to not hear the case, which I don’t suspect that they will do that, then I would say that it’s game over and President Trump will no longer be the President come January 20, 2021.
So what is the basis of this lawsuit from Texas?
It’s essentially this: Texas is suing the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin because their election results are so messed up and there are so many things that need to be explained that there is no time to investigate it and that since there is no confidence in these results, that this election is impossible to be deciphered because of the fraud. Therefore, these states affect the results that would be contrary to the way that Texas voted and something needs to be done about this.
So far, 18 states have joined Texas in the lawsuit. The states are, Arizona, Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.
Allen West initially told Steve Bannon, “I think you’re going to see ten states sign on to this petition and lawsuit. I know as you said Louisiana just came on board.”
He was right that ten states were going to join, but it didn’t stop there.
There is no denying that our country is going to be rocked if President Trump comes out as the victor in this battle. But it’s a case where we need to ask ourselves which is more important, the country not being rocked, or preserving our democracy. And in all honesty, who knows what would happen even if Biden wins. Antifa is still terrorizing people, Governors are being tyrants and Joe Biden wouldn’t stop any of that.
