Tensions are continuing to grow as the press for beginning impeachment proceedings are causing a big stir among the Democratic Party.

Critics said Pelosi may be concerned that Democrats are not convinced that such an “aggressive tactic,” like impeachment, is necessary.

Nadler himself seemed skeptical the move would go anywhere.

“I’m constantly evolving and thinking on this, and frankly I’ve been going back and forth too because its a very tight question,” said Nadler. “Yeah I urged the speaker to speed things up and to consider an impeachment inquiry. Part of the rational for that, which was that if you’re in court seeking to enforce subpoenas. You have better odds in court if you can say this is part of your impeachment inquiry rather than general oversight.”

Here’s the question that needs to be asked, why is he urging for this so quickly? What is it that he and the other liberals are afraid of?

There is growing daylight between Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) over the best strategy for combating a Trump administration that is flouting a flurry of congressional subpoenas at nearly every turn.  

The pair of powerful Democrats clashed in recent days over whether to launch impeachment proceedings against President Trump and how soon to hold a contempt vote against Attorney General William Barr.

Nadler, spurred by frustrated Judiciary Committee members, has been privately pushing leadership for both an impeachment inquiry and a contempt vote immediately after lawmakers return from their weeklong Memorial Day recess.

Pelosi is still urging a go-slow approach, concerned that Democrats have not yet swayed public opinion about why such aggressive tactics are necessary. The Speaker is also pointing to a string of court victories over the Trump administration and business entities, bolstering Democrats’ arguments that the law is on their side as they methodically probe the president.

The reason they want to rush things is because of the investigation going on now behind the Russian collusion hoax. They’re going to get to the bottom of it and the Democrats know that they’re going to be in a world of hurt once all the truth is brought to the surface.
