Jim Acosta Caught Lying On Live TV About President Trump’s Vietnam Presser
On Thursday last week, Jim Acosta from CNN who is known for being very unpleasant, rude, and a straight-up liar went on air on CNN to lie about what President Trump did there during a presser Vietnam from the summit with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un.
Like usual, the President took the time to take some questions from the press, but Acosta tried to lie and tell the CNN audience that the President didn’t call on anyone from the White House press corps.
But he was flat out lying.
First, let’s look at what Jim Acosta told Christiane Amanpour and Jim Sciutto,
Well, first of all, Christiane, I think we have to point out the obvious which is the President steered clearly largely during this news conference of the White House press corps and was instead selecting journalists at random from the other side of the room where there were foreign journalists seated. He didn’t even know who he was calling on. At times, he was calling on reporters from Russian state media, Chinese state media, Sean Hannity from Fox, and largely just avoiding taking questions from the White House press corps. I think that was by design. That was because he didn’t want to really answer the questions about Michael Cohen.
Sure, Jim Acosta can say all those things, but the fact is that President Trump called on a number of other reporters from the White House press corps including Major Garrett from CB, Jonathan Karl from ABC, David Nakamura from The Washington Post, Ayesha Rascoe from NPR, John Roberts from Fox News, David Sanger from the New York Times, and Margaret Talev from Bloomberg.
Just because Acosta wasn’t paying attention doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

Either he wasn’t paying attention at all or he’s just straight up lying. What do you think?
