Actor and indestructible man, Chuck Norris is more than just a tough actor and martial artist. He’s also a man of great ideas.

Norris, who is a very outspoken conservative and supporter of President Donald Trump recently wrote an article for the WND explaining how be believes the border wall can be funded.

In the piece titled, “An Incredible Solution to Building the Border Wall”, Norris shared his brilliant idea. Make Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman pay for it!

El Chapo, for those who don’t know, is a Mexican drug lord who has been captured 3 times and escaped twice. He was most recently captured and taken into custody in 2016 where he currently remains.

The total value of his assets is said to be worth approximately $14 Billion. He is currently on trial and is facing a life sentence for actions against a Cartel.

The idea Norris supports initially came from Texas Sen. Ted Cruz’ EL CHAPO (Ensuring Lawful Collection of Hidden Assets to Provide Order) bill proposed in April 2017. It would make El Chapo forfeit his $14 billion in assets to the federal government at the conclusion of his trial.

That money would then be used for border security, including a border wall.

Chuck Norris said regarding the plan,

“Is Sen. Cruz’s EL CHAPO Act not a brilliant idea to fun the border wall between the U.S. and Mexico?” Norris asked. “And guess what? A Mexican pays for it after all — one evil hombre who has repeatedly raped America’s communities and the souls of precious millions through narcotics and other criminalities for the past three decades.”

Think of the impact passing the EL CHAPO Act could have. First, El Chapo’s drug monies could fully fund the completion of the entire U.S. southern border wall without a single dime more from the federal government or American taxpayers. Second, simultaneously the majority of El Chapo’s own drug trafficking into our country would be greatly diminished using his own monies. Third, president Trump could fulfill his primary campaign promise. Fourth, the Democrats would be able to open their government the same day the EL CHAPO Act passed.

One way or another, the border wall will get funded. Will it be an agreement from Congress, national emergency, the El Chapo Act, or something else?
