Her name is Maria Deluca, she is a conservative influence and former congressional intern to GOP Congresswoman Isabella maria Deluca.

The conservative influcener has recently been charged by the Biden administration over her activity on 1/6. She was charged with four misdemeanor counts and one count that includes theft of government property.

According to charging documents, DeLuca can be seen climbing through a broken window into an unoccupied congressional office. Once inside, investigators say DeLuca assisted other rioters in passing a table out of the window. Investigators said the table was later used as a weapon against police – including one of the legs, which may have been used by another riot defendant, Timothy Desjardins, who faces felony charges of assault and civil disorder in connection with Jan. 6. Desjardins was sentenced last year to 18 years in prison on unrelated assault and firearms charges connected to a shooting at a Walgreens in Rhode Island.

Back on January 21, 2021, Deluca was interviewed by the FBI and never denied being at the Capitol. Her mother was also interviewed and said that her daughter did get to the building but never went inside. During the interview, her mother referenced a Live Stream video her daughter posted on Instagram that showed her outside the building.

The CCT footage shows DeLuca on the inauguration stage at the Capitol, nearing a shattered window, as per reports.
It is claimed that she wriggled through a cracked window, and a minute and a half later, she helped “other protesters pass a table through one of the broken windows.”

The table was eventually handed over to the tunnel area where it was “utilized as a weapon against police.”
Court papers indicate that DeLuca exited the building approximately two and a half minutes after making her entrance.
The US Senate Sergeant at Arms has estimated the replacement cost of the coffee table at around $637.96.

DeLuca formerly served as an ambassador for Turning Point USA and interned for Representatives Lee Zeldin of New York and Paul Gosar of Arizona.
