Foreign Nation Declares War on US, Biden Goes on Vacation
Do you remember back when liberals were all crying about being worried that President Trump was going to send us into nuclear war? Do you also remember how he was the only president in recent history to NOT lead us into any new wars? Now, here we are just a few years later and there is US involvement in new wars all over the place. Now, Iran, in all its unfathomable wisdom, has decided to declare war on the United States in the Red Sea. And what’s our commander-in-chief doing about it? You guessed it – a whole lot of nothing. In fact, he’s taking his 418th vacation day.
The Islamic Republic and its merry band of proxies, delightfully dubbed the “Axis of Resistance,” have been playing pin-the-tail-on-the-U.S.-assets-and-interests. Yemeni Houthi rebels, who are as tight with Iran as peanut butter is with jelly, launched over 100 attacks on commercial traffic in the Red Sea in the past month alone. Their goal? Shut down the Red Sea to commercial traffic and boost Iran’s ego – I mean, campaign for regional hegemony.
Hamas, a group that got Tehran’s stamp of approval, has also been busily committing atrocities in support of Iran’s agenda. And let’s not forget Iran ramping up its nuclear program like it’s going out of style, tripling its uranium production, and increasing enrichment. It’s like they’re hosting an “I Love the 1940s” party and everyone’s invited.
And what’s our fearless leader Biden doing amidst all this? Well, he seems to be channeling his inner Obama, opting for appeasement over action, and all while on vacation. His refusal to acknowledge Iran’s drive for regional domination is a mirror image of Obama’s approach. Sure, Iran’s quest for hegemony predates Obama, but the lack of meaningful retaliation from the U.S. under both administrations is like throwing gasoline on a bonfire.
The clock is ticking, and if we don’t take action soon, effective retaliation may become as elusive as Bigfoot. We can only hope that Biden decides to wake up and smell the international crisis. But given his track record, we might need to start preparing for the worst.
We’re in a pickle, folks. Iran is flexing its muscles in the Red Sea and elsewhere, and our response so far has been as impressive as a wet firecracker. We need strong leadership, decisive action, and a clear message that America won’t be pushed around. So come on, Biden. It’s time to step up and show the world what America is made of.
