Son of Hamas Co-Founder Issues Sharp Warning for the US
In a stern warning to the West, Mosab Hassan Yousef, son of a Hamas co-founder, has cautioned that if Israel does not succeed in eliminating Hamas, “all of us will be next.” Yousef, who later converted to Christianity, made these remarks amid growing tensions and violence in the Israel-Gaza region.
Yousef’s father, Sheikh Hassan Yousef, is one of the founding members of Hamas, a Palestinian Sunni-Islamic fundamentalist organization. However, his son has taken a starkly different path, openly criticizing the group and its actions. He pointed out the atrocities committed by Hamas against Israel and the manipulation of global perspectives towards this conflict.
Speaking about the recent Israeli attack on Hamas in Gaza, Yousef explained how Hamas had orchestrated events to demonize Israel internationally. “They wanted to sacrifice thousands of children so Israel can take the blame,” he stated. He further elaborated on how Hamas uses hospitals and schools as shields, putting innocent lives at risk for their agenda.
Yousef also criticized the global community for readily accepting the narrative spun by Hamas without questioning its authenticity. He described such behavior as “suicidal” and accused the world of going against the collective consciousness of humanity.
The former Hamas insider warned of the potential consequences if Hamas is not defeated. He suggested that the survival of Hamas could embolden other radical groups worldwide, jeopardizing global security. “They will see that a few thousands of savages can blackmail the international community, the superpowers, and bring democracies to their knees,” Yousef warned.
“This is the time to get united,” he asserted. “Because if Israel fails in Gaza, all of us will be next.”

Yousef’s insights are particularly valuable given his close association with Hamas in his early life. “I was born at the heart of Hamas leadership, and I know them very well,” he recalled in an interview with Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade. He recounted his firsthand experiences of Hamas’s brutality and disregard for human life, leading him to sever ties with the group.
Today, Yousef stands firmly against Hamas, accusing the group of serving foreign agendas and using Palestinian people as human shields. He also commended Israel’s efforts to eliminate Hamas, describing it as doing the Palestinian people the greatest favor.
Yousef’s warning serves as a sobering reminder of the dangers posed by radical groups like Hamas. By sharing his unique perspective and experiences, he urges the world to stand united against such threats and support Israel in its fight against Hamas.
