Unbelievable! U.S. Military Loses a $80 Million F-35 Jet, Asks Public for Help!
When was the last time you lost your car? I don’t mean in a parking lot. I mean legitimately not had any idea whatsoever where it could be? Probably never. It’s never happened to me. Well, in an astonishing turn of events that has left everyone scratching their heads, the U.S. military has lost an F-35 fighter jet worth a staggering $80 million! The world’s most potent military power has misplaced one of its top-tier stealth aircraft and is now pleading with the public for help to locate it.
The drama unfolded on September 17, 2023, when Joint Base Charleston in South Carolina reported a “mishap” involving an F-35. The pilot managed to eject safely and was transported to a local medical center in stable condition. His wingman also landed safely at the base. However, the whereabouts of the F-35 remain unknown, leading to a desperate plea from the military to the public for assistance.
We’re working with @MCASBeaufortSC to locate an F-35 that was involved in a mishap this afternoon. The pilot ejected safely. If you have any information that may help our recovery teams locate the F-35, please call the Base Defense Operations Center at 843-963-3600.

The military’s request for public aid in finding the missing jet has sparked disbelief and outrage across social media. The public’s incredulity was best encapsulated in a post by Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), who asked, “How in the hell do you lose an F-35? How is there not a tracking device and we’re asking the public to what, find a jet and turn it in?”
Meanwhile, the House Judiciary GOP took a jab at Joe Biden, stating, “Thank goodness the pilot ejected safely. But do we really need ‘Find My F-35‘ to locate an $80 million dollar jet? Joe Biden’s America.”
This incident has raised serious questions about the competency of the Biden administration and the Pentagon. It’s hard to believe that the same military that can track a terrorist in a cave halfway around the world can’t keep tabs on one of its own state-of-the-art jets!
The irony isn’t lost on The Federalist’s Sean Davis, who quipped, “Joe Biden’s Pentagon can’t find a freaking F-35 jet, but don’t worry — they know exactly where all our money in Ukraine is going.”
This unprecedented blunder has left the U.S. military red-faced and scrambling to locate the lost jet. The loss of an $80 million stealth fighter jet under their watch isn’t just embarrassing; it’s a national security issue.
The world watches in disbelief as the mightiest military on the planet hunts for its lost jet. Will they find it? Or will this turn into another black mark on Biden’s already tarnished record?
UPDATE: The jet was located in South Carolina.
