Conservative Dating App Goes Viral After This
The conservative dating app known as “The Right Stuff” gained popularity on TikTok for making fun of men who compete in women’s sports. Four months ago, the app’s founders, led by former senior Trump aide John McEntee, posted humorous content mocking liberalism on TikTok. This has resulted in the account accumulating over 400,000 followers, 120 million views, and 17 million likes.
A TikTok video that has been watched by almost a million viewers shows McEntee exercising while playing audio that says, “This is Emily. Her dream is to win the women’s national championship. But transphobic Republicans are keeping her from her dream.”
“She may be five times as strong and ten times as fast as the other women, but she feels it’s her place to compete, and that’s all that matters,” the clip continues. “Emily deserves equal rights,” the satirical video’s caption reads.

In another TikTok video, McEntee is depicted as a high school tennis player who did not receive much playing time. However, after identifying as a woman and transforming his gender, he won a state championship. Another TikTok video that shows McEntee shopping in Target’s “Pride” section gained three million views.

According to McEntee, creating these videos is a fun experience and he and his team are glad to have an interactive audience. Although he is a major part of The Right Stuff’s popular videos, McEntee acknowledges the social media manager as the mastermind who is responsible for the app’s success on TikTok.
It seems like the social media plan is effective as The Right Stuff, a dating app based in Southern California, experienced 4,000 downloads in January, doubled it in February, and doubled it yet again in March, resulting in 40,000 active monthly users. Furthermore, the app is planning to introduce a new “Friends” feature this summer. This feature will aid non-single users in locating like-minded individuals nearby.
