It’s clear that Democrats label anyone who disagrees with their agenda as a “MAGA” extremist, even if those individuals are members of the liberal United States Supreme Court. Recently, the Supreme Court made a unanimous 9-0 ruling against the Environmental Protection Agency and the Biden regime, which greatly reduced the federal government’s overreach. However, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) responded by cautioning the American public against the ruling.

“This MAGA Supreme Court is continuing to erode our country’s environmental laws,” Schumer tweeted. “Make no mistake—this ruling will mean more polluted water, and more destruction of wetlands. We’ll keep fighting to protect our waters.”

Really? This “MAGA Supreme Court”? He must have forgotten that there are multiple Democrats in the Supreme Court, one of them being appointed by Joe Biden. And guess what? Chuck Schumer voted for Sonia Sotomayor, who was appointed under Obama. He also voted for Elena Kagan who was appointed once again by Obama. So, he’s calling them MAGA Republicans I guess? What a bozo!

Dan McLaughlin of National Review summed up how ludicrous Schumer’s claim was.

For his part, Kavanaugh wrote, “By narrowing the act’s coverage of wetlands to only adjoining wetlands, the court’s new test will leave some long-regulated adjacent wetlands no longer covered by the Clean Water Act, with significant repercussions for water quality and flood control throughout the United States.”

While some of the justices disagreed on the extent to which the statute in question applies, they all agreed that the EPA took things too far. But Democrats are sore losers, so they blame Trump and MAGA Supreme Court…whatever that is supposed to mean to them.
