Jacob Chansley, otherwise known as the “QAnon Shaman”, is an honorable patriot and hero who was unjustly persecuted for his peaceful demonstration at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th of 2021. He courageously joined other patriots in their fight to restore truth and justice after believing that Democrats robbed President Trump of victory and handed it to Joe Biden, a puppet of far-left radicals.

After his arrest for several federal crimes, including obstruction of an official proceeding, civil disorder and violent entry, Chansley was subjected to 11 months in solitary confinement prior to pleading guilty to the crime of obstruction in September 2021. His subsequent 41-month prison term is a starkly disproportionate punishment for someone who did not cause any harm or damage.

This week, Chansley was released from prison 14 months early and moved to a halfway house.

But thanks to some new evidence, Jacob has been released early from prison and moved to a halfway house in Phoenix, where he will stay until May 25. What new evidence, you may ask? Well, it turns out that there were some security videos from the Capitol that showed Jacob was not violent or aggressive at all. He was actually trying to calm down other protesters and prevent them from damaging property or hurting anyone. He even asked law enforcement officers for permission to enter the Senate chamber and respected their orders when they asked him to leave.

These videos were hidden from the public and from Jacob’s lawyers for months, until they were finally revealed by Tucker Carlson on his Fox News show. Tucker did a great job exposing the truth and defending Jacob’s rights. He said he was not a dangerous criminal, an insurrectionist, or a domestic terrorist. He said he was just a peaceful patriot who loved his country and wanted to stop the steal.

The decision to release Chansley early has been met with criticism from some lawmakers and members of law enforcement who argue that it sends a message that those who participated in the protest will not be held accountable for their actions. However, Chansley’s lawyer has argued that his client was merely trying to “make his voice heard” during the protest and does not deserve such harsh punishment for his role in it. I agree.
