White House Forced to Delete Tweet After Getting WRECKED By Fact Checkers
The White House was caught in another embarrassing Twitter gaffe this week after their tweet about the economy was debunked by a fact-checker. The botched tweet was quickly deleted, but not before it was captured and shared online. Ouch! Looks like someone’s been having a rough week.
Here’s what the tweet said:
“Seniors are getting the biggest increase in their Social Security checks in 10 years through President Biden’s leadership,” the administration claimed.
They soon got fact checked on the tweet and then deleted it. Why?
Well, for just a moment, let’s assume that this was true and that they were actually getting the biggest increase in their checks in 10 years. Stop and ask yourself the question as to why that would even be the case.
Our economy is in shambles right now thanks to the Democrats’ big and endless spending habit. They have launched our national debt into the stratosphere and sent our everyday standard of living with it. It is a fact that unless you’ve changed your job since Joe Biden took office which gave you a very hefty increase in pay, then you fundamentally make less than you did with President Trump in office when you factor in inflation. You’ve lost nearly a month’s worth of pay because of how much everything costs now.
So, back to our question: why would the increase in Social Security checks be the biggest if that were the case? It’s because they’ve made inflation so high that they are forced to do so.
So now, let’s look at what the fact checker said:
“Seniors will receive a large Social Security benefit increase due to the annual cost of living adjustment, which is based on the inflation rate,” the note said, which included a link to the U.S. Social Security Administration. “President Nixon in 1972 signed into law automatic benefit adjustments tied to the Consumer Price Index.”

They didn’t like that it pointed out the higher cost of living and inflation rate. But it’s obvious if you understand the economic system of our country.
