Lee Zeldin CRUSHES Kathy Hochul During Televised Debate
Tuesday night was a wild night of debating between current and hopeful politicians trying to convince voters to vote for them as governor, senator, or house rep.
I think that everyone except for Nancy Pelosi is expecting this year’s midterm elections to be a runaway for Republicans and that a massive red tsunami is on its way to Washington, D.C. I certainly hope that this is the case, but I don’t expect honesty anymore.
One of the key debates that took place on Tuesday was between Lee Zeldin and current New York Governor Kathy Hochul. During the debate, Zeldin honed in and talked about the biggest problem facing New York City right now, crime.
“Talk to the Asian American community and how it’s impacted them with the loss of lives, Jewish people targeted with raw, violent anti-Semitism on our streets — it just happened yet again,” the Republican continued. “We need to be talking about all of these other crimes, but instead, Kathy Hochul is busy patting herself on the back, job well done. No, actually.”
“Right now,” Zeldin said, “there should be a special session” to “overhaul cashless bail and these other pro-criminal laws with zero tolerance.”

But here’s where things really came to a shocking moment.
“I stated that the first day that I’m in office, I’m going to declare a crime emergency and suspend Castles Bail and these other pro criminal laws, because there is a crime emergency,” Zeldin said. “My opponent thinks that right now there’s a polio emergency going on, but there’s not a crime emergency.”
“Different priorities that I’m hearing from people right now, they’re not being represented from this governor who still to this moment, what are we, halfway through the debate?” Zeldin continued. “She still hasn’t talked about locking up anyone committing any crimes.”
“Anyone who commits a crime, under our laws, especially with the changes made to bail, has consequences,” Hochul responded. “I don’t know why that’s so important to you. All I know is that we could do more.”

She doesn’t know why it’s so important to him that people not get out of jail free cards? That’s why she needs voted out. Good riddance!
